Tata Sky DTH selected Broadcom for New Set Top Boxes

Broadcom Corporation, a global solutions provider, semiconductors wired and wireless communications, today announced that Tata Sky, a leading provider of satellite TV DTH in India, has its-on-a-selected chip for highly integrated devices (SoC) to set top box (STB ) is set to allow the first standard definition Tata Sky STB MPEG-4 (SD).
