Roku represented one of the last major platforms left to get the live TV service and the new interface, leaving only Sony as the final holdout. Tthe PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 have the new interface, but not the live service - something that will likely remain the case for a while, given that Sony has its own PS Vue over-the-top television service. The updated application will be available in Roku Ultra, Roku Premiere +, Roku Premiere, Roku Express, Roku Express +, Roku Streaming Stick, Roku 4, Roku 3 and Roku to start, with more devices being said to receive support soon.

Hulu's live TV service is not much expensive and Hulu cost $39.99 per month, allowing you to access over 50 live TV channels (what channels you get depends on where you live, check out the Hulu site to find out exactly what to expect) along with the standard Hulu movies and movies. In comparison, a regular Hulu subscription cost starts at $7.99 per month.
