Hulu Announces New Spanish Additions and Lifestyle add-ons for Live TV Service. Hulu has added two new options to its new Hulu Live TV service: a $4.99 Spanish program package and a $7.99 monthly entertainment add-on.

The Spanish package called "Español" offers subscribers live programs for networks such as ESPN Deportes, NBC Universo, CNN En Español and History Channel en Español 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. "Entertainment" offers viewers lifestyle programs and live films from Lifetime Movie Network, FYI, DIY Network, Cooking Channel and CNBC World.

Last week, Hulu introduced Starz as a supplement for $8.99 a month.

FYI and Lifetime Movie Network were previously included in the standard Hulu With Live TV package ($39.99 per month). However, with this change, customers will have to pay for "entertainment" if they want to keep these channels. The broadcast service gave subscribers to Hulu With Live TV a one-month free trial of "Entertainment" as part of the transition, TechCrunch reports.

Later this year, Hulu will expand the standard program for live television with the Discovery Networks program. The additional content of Discovery will be added to Discovery's Spanish and Discovery Discovery in Spanish, Discovery Familia, Discovery Family, Science, and Destination America, according to Discovery.
