Best 32-inch smart TVs under 20,000 rupees
Mi LED Smart TV 4A PRO (32 inch LED TV): RS 12.999
|Mi TV 32 inch review|
Let’s start with the latest expansion from Xiaomi to Mi TV 4A Pro (32 inches). This is a certified TV for Android and uses the standard version of Android Oreo 8.1 for TV. Unlike previous generations of Mi TV, the Android initiator is the default initiator, while the company’s patchwall user interface is optional. It also integrates Chromecast to stream video from compatible apps directly to the TV. It comes with a voice-activated voice search remote control in Google Apps.
The Mi TV 4A Pro uses a 64-bit Amlogic quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage to install more applications. There are numerous connectivity options with 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, and numerous audio input / output ports, just to name a few. The audio output is at 20 W RMS. What’s missing here is the support for Netflix. If you like Netflix, you’ll need to skip it or connect to an Amazon Fire TV stick. You also need it to watch Amazon Prime videos because there are no apps on any of the certified Android TVs. Despite its disadvantages, the Mi TV 4A Pro offers excellent value for money.
Smart 32-inch iFFalcon 32F2A Smart TV for Android: Rs 12,499

If you would like to take full advantage of Mi TV 4A Pro and Netflix support, consider the iFFalcon 32F2A in this quote. This TCL brand TV is by far the Android TV with the lowest cost Google certification in the Indian market. Get Android Oreo with UI scores and pre-installed Google apps. Most of all, it is compatible with Netflix. To the extent that shortcuts are available on the included remote controls (one of which is enabled for speech) to activate the application.
This iFFalcon TV has a 32-inch HD panel with direct LED back-light. However, the connection options are lower than those of Xiaomi. It has 2x HDMI ports, a USB port, an A/V input and a headphone output. Interestingly, the company has also provided an optical audio output that is not included in this budget. It is powered by a quad-core processor and has 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. The audio output has a nominal power of 16 W RMS, but seems to be much higher than most televisions with a resolution of 20 W RMS.
Blaupunkt BLA32AS460 32-inch Smart TV: Rs 15,999

If tone is one of your priorities, this Blaupunkt TV is by far the best option in this budget. The built-in 30 W RMS speakers do a decent job. Striking is however the integrated sound bar, which raises the audio experience to a completely new level. The 60W RMS soundbar is not only loud, it’s also a hit for bass and mid-range. And that without a sub-woofer. The soundbar is also Bluetooth enabled and can be used as a separate Bluetooth speaker without the need to turn on the TV.
The Blaupunkt BLA32AS460 is powered by a quad-core Cortex-A53 processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz and a Mali 450 penta-core graphics chip with 750 MHz. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory to install more applications. Although this is not a certified television for Android, the application support in this case is very good and can run the three main online services: Netflix, Amazon, Hotstar and others. Connectivity options do not need to be criticized, as 3 HDMI ports and 2 USB ports meet most of your needs, as well as some A / V ports and many audio output options.
All 32-inch TVs listed above have a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. If you are interested in a Full HD panel in this budget (and why it would not), you have the following options.

Smart 40-inch iFFalcon 40F2A Smart TV for Android: Rs 19,999

The iFFalcon 40F2A is a 40 inch version of the above mentioned iFFalcon 32F2A TV. This certified Android TV has a Full HD panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and the audio output has a nominal output of 20 W RMS. The other features and specifications are exactly the same as those of the 32-inch variant. I would have liked an additional HDMI and USB port here, but I have to settle for two or one.
Thomson B9 Pro 40 inch Full HD TV “Smart High Definition TV: Rs 18,999
|Thomson B9 Pro 40 inch led TV|
Thomson returned to the Indian market last year with its series of B9 televisions, which in my opinion was below average. Then comes the B9 Pro series, which means not only a change in the user interface, but also a significant improvement in image quality compared to its predecessor. The Thomson B9 Pro 40-inch is a good full HD TV in this budget. Based on an earlier version of the Android operating system, the TV offers many useful applications for media usage and Internet access. You can download several other files or load them later from APK files. The TV is very nice in this regard.
The company claims to use a Samsung panel in this model. The Thomson B9 Pro offers many connectivity options, such as: These include 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports and numerous audio input / output ports. The TV can easily play 4K (scaled to Full HD) video over the USB port in popular audio and video file formats and codecs.
